*ATTENTION

Reservations made for dates from December 1 to January 31 of each year or partially affecting this period are completely non-refundable.

Terms

- The apartments are intended for guest accommodation only. Events, parties, trainings, photo and video shoots are PROHIBITED. If an event, unauthorized shoot, or similar activity takes place, you will be evicted from the apartment without a refund of the accommodation cost or the security deposit.

- Only the guests specified in the booking may stay in the apartment. Every additional guest must be agreed in advance. If additional guests are found staying in the apartment without approval, the full security deposit will be withheld.

- Moscow quiet hours regulations apply. During these hours, guests must not make noise or play loud music or TV: from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. In case of noise complaints, the security deposit will be withheld.

- Only adult guests may stay in the apartments. Guests under 18 may stay only with parents or legal guardians.

- It is prohibited to move furniture or significantly change the placement of decor items.

- All items located in the apartment at the time of check-in are an integral part of the apartment. It is PROHIBITED to remove furniture, appliances, towels, bed linen, household chemicals, or any other items from the apartment. Such actions are treated as theft, with appropriate measures taken. In this case, the security deposit is withheld in full, and all stolen items must be returned or their full cost compensated within 1 day.

- In case of an emergency, including flooding, fire, neighbor complaints, violation of quiet hours, or any other emergency, FLAT INN LLC reserves the right to open the door with its own set of keys at any time.

- When leaving the apartment, please check all electrical appliances, the stove, water taps, windows, and make sure the entrance door is locked.

- Each additional set of bed linen and towels beyond the set provided according to the number of guests is paid for separately. The cost of an additional set is 2,000 RUB. The set includes 2 pillowcases, a sheet, a duvet cover, 2 large towels, and 2 small towels. If use of an additional set was not agreed in advance, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.

- After check-out, our housekeepers inspect and clean the apartment. All food, drinks, boxes, bags, and flowers left in the apartment are disposed of. FLAT INN LLC is not responsible for items left in the apartment after guest check-out.

- Check-out time is 11:00, always. Late check-out is an additional service and is paid for separately. Check-in time is from 15:00, always. Early check-in is an additional service and is paid for separately.

- Any damage caused to the apartment, interior or decor items, textiles, or household appliances must be fully compensated by the guest, including the cost of work and delivery.

- Stays with pets must be agreed separately and are an additional paid service.

- The security deposit is returned after the apartment has been inspected. The guest checks out at 11:00, after which the housekeeper inspects and cleans the apartment. Once cleaning is completed, usually within 2-3 hours, the deposit refund is processed. The refund time depends on the recipient bank and usually takes from 2 to 10 business days.

- Damage to dishes or cutlery: 500 RUB / item.

- Small towel: 500 RUB / item.

- Large towel: 1,000 RUB / item.

- Pillow: 1,000 RUB / item.

- Blanket: 2,000 RUB / item.

- Pillowcase: 500 RUB / item.

- Duvet cover: 1,000 RUB / item.

- Sheet: 500 RUB / item.

- Accessories or decor items: from 2,000 RUB / item.

- Household appliances: from 5,000 RUB / item. Furniture: from 5,000 RUB / item.

- Plumbing fixtures: from 7,000 RUB / item.

- Lost key: from 5,000 RUB.

- Unauthorized event, shoot, or training: 20,000 RUB + compensation for damages.

- Smoking, including cigarettes, IQOS, hookahs, and other smoking mixtures: 10,000 RUB. Open fire in the apartment, including lighting candles: 10,000 RUB.

- Early check-in or late check-out depends on the daily apartment rate and availability.

- If a guest decides to extend the stay after the housekeeper has already left for apartment cleaning, a mandatory penalty of 1,000 RUB is charged for a false housekeeping call-out.

- If check-out is delayed by more than 2 hours and company staff were not informed in advance, the amount of the paid security deposit is withheld.

- Pets: from 1,000 RUB + increased security deposit.

No, at the time of booking you pay the cost of the first night of your stay. The remaining amount of the cost of accommodation will need to be paid one day before arrival.

Laundry is a significant operating cost, and we do not want guests to pay for sets they do not use. By default, apartments are prepared for two adults. Additional guests can be accommodated when sleeping places are available; an extra linen set is charged separately to cover laundry costs.

As a rule, the deposit is returned the next day after your departure. Delays may be due to the work of your bank. To speed up the refund process at the bank, you can use payment and deposit return receipts, available on the booking page and in your personal guest account.
