Open vacancy - Operations Department Manager
We are looking for a housemaster with experience in managing residential complexes. Responsibilities include building maintenance, supervising utility systems and managing housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
Acceptance of new properties and creation of brief instructions for using apartments and household appliances.
Maintaining the property in proper condition: monitoring the work of maids, distributing consumables and minor repairs.
Requirements:
Willingness to work part-time and shift work schedule.
Conditions:
Salary from 40,000 ₽ in hand.
Flexible work schedule (remote and traveling work 2/2 from 10:00 to 22:00).
Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation based on the results of passing a probationary period of 2 months.
